The Role

We are seeking to recruit a highly skilled and talented Product Marketing Manager to join our dedicated Product Team in either Dublin or Porto. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking new products to market, evolving the marketing strategy and working as a product evangelist for EXADS.

Product Marketing is essential to the fabric of EXADS as we work to innovate our advertising suite of products into the future and communicate their value to our customers. Reporting to the Product Director, the Product Marketing Manager needs to have a passion for ad-technology, product development, marketing and analytics while working in a fast-paced, challenging and rewarding environment. They will be confident in gaining deep product knowledge, along with analysing the industry, our competitors, and most importantly our customers, in order to enable EXADS to make strategic marketing decisions all the way from conception through to marketing launch of brand new product features.

Responsibilities:

• Go to market strategy, planning and execution for launch of key product features.


• Evangelist and subject matter expert for EXADS products.


• Management of marketing communication channels for EXADS such as SEM, MailChimp, online documentation, webinars and the EXADS blog.


• Creating marketing materials that communicate product features.


• Ensuring all online documentation relating to the product is current and up to date.


• Developing marketing tools and campaigns to attract new prospects and customers.


• Collaborating with Product Management on product roadmap delivery.


• Learning from existing customers and translating that knowledge into features for the product roadmap.


• Market analysis and research leading to insights for better products and marketing.


• Training the sales force on how to sell EXADS products.


• Communicating product value to EXADS customers.

Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years marketing experience.


• Product marketing experience for SaaS products.


• Knowledge of the ad-tech industry is a plus.


• Charismatic, compelling speaker and presenter: both one-on-one with customers, and in front of larger audiences.


• Experience of video editing and production is a plus.


• Excellent organisational and project management skills.


• Strong multi-tasking capabilities.


• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.


• Demonstrable stakeholder management skills with a track record of working with product and sales teams.


• Excellent written, spoken and interpersonal communication skills.

Education & Qualifications:

B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science, Marketing or related discipline.
