• Experience in training delivery and development of training materials;
• EU background, know-how in CRM and experience in a call-center.

Your day in Conectys:

• You will prepare the course materials for the training programs, coordinate and deliver the training programs with applicability within the company;
• You will take operational (timing, conditions, and content) and organizational measures for the proper conduct of training and follow-up programs;
• You will prepare and provides resources, materials, related to professional development and support activities;
• You will analyze the evaluation reports of the training program and prepare the necessary improvement measures;
• You will record and secure support for the integration process of new employees;
• You will collaborate with the project coordinators within the Operations department to determine the (re)training needs as a result of the evolution of results and processes;
• You will conceive, review, and implement training programs to meet the objectives of the Operations department or to address the elimination of recurring quality problems.
