About the job

The Learning & Development function exists to provide a development service, which enhances professional skills development, encourages a culture of self-development and supports employees? engagement, mobility, helping employees to make the most of learning opportunities.

Your Main Activities Are

• Help on designing and developing training programs (outsourced and/or in-house) selecting appropriate learning methods per case (e.g. virtual/classroom, e-learnings courses, workshops, etc.)


• Collaboration on the implementation of the annual Training plan


• Monitor and evaluate training program?s effectiveness success periodically


• Establish key relationships with providers and stakeholders


• Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices


• Organize sessions in link with different providers (internal or external) and create them in the My development tool


• Follow-up of sessions filling up (period of notice to cancel) including waiting list management, external training registrations and training evaluations


• Creation of reports for business on demand


• Manage the rebilling of the learning activity to the business (cost centers) in Link with the performance Management

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field


• Fluency in English and French is mandatory


• Good experience in Microsoft Word and Excel


• Good organizational skills


• Ability to work in a multicultural environment


• Client oriented skills are a plus
