We are an IT company that develops/provides cyber security systems.

We are looking for someone who can provide back office support in our Portugal office.

We are looking for someone who can work from home or in the office about 16 hours a week.

We are looking for someone who can work 16 hours a week from home or in the office. The working hours can be flexibly adjusted to shorter hours, part-time, or two full days a week.

Specific duties include

- Filing and organizing documents

- Communication with Japan office

- Confirmation of monthly and annual financial statements with the accounting office

- Equipment management and procurement

- Support duties related to human resources, etc.

  • Requirement *

- At least 2 years of experience working with computers.

- Experience in bookkeeping (journaling)

- Able to use Excel, Word and Powerpoint in general.

- Business level English

- Preferably with experience in admin/support work

?????:

9:30-17:30 at Portugal office, we have core time (10:00- 17:00)

You can work at home also(At least you need come to office once a week).

Weekend and National holiday

We will do online interview in Japanese business time (10AM- 7PM)
