Global Partner Delivery Manager Full-time

We are looking for a Global Partner Delivery Manager (GDPM) who has strong engagement skills, communicates clearly and demonstrates strong passion for successful project delivery throught partners



As a GPDM at Feedzai, you should have a combination of technical ,engagement and processes skills which will make you responsible for the Partner Technical Enablement globally.



The GPDM sits under the Customer Success (CS) organization more precisely under the Professional Services (PS) department. This role reports into the head of PS.



The GPDM helps partners onboarding new development teams through a set of enablement processes, monitors partners' projects and ensures the success of the engagement from a partners, customers and Feedzai perspective.



Promotes and follows-up on both Partners and Clients Satisfaction Surveys within engagements being led by Partners to stack rank and publish successful case studies and promoting materials.



This role also plays a critical liaison with internal teams, namely with Sales (Account Executives and Partners Managers) to spot expansion opportunities and with marketing to assist in collecting metrics and facts that can be used to build awareness materials such as case studies




Essential Functions



  • On-board and enable new Partners' development teams

  • Ensure that all processes defined for activating clients are actually applied in the field

  • Ensure Partners and Clients SAT surveys are issued, success KPIs are measured and the processes are tuned / amplified / revamped accordingly

  • Ensure continuous improvement of the processes in the customer journey with Delivery Partners

  • Ensure continuous improvement of the Customer Success Training and Certification program

  • Measure the effectiveness of the Global Partner Technical Enablement Program

  • Lead Technical and Engagement sessions to leverage Partners technical expertise

  • Responsible for maintaining up to date information about Partners engagement in a Partners Portal



Required Qualifications and Skills



  • MSc or BSc degree in Computer Science or a similar technical degree;

  • Experience in managing Delivery Partners

  • Willingness to travel

  • Experience of managing projects for external clients

  • Experience managing Software Engineers (being on a delivery team a huge plus)

  • Skills in leadership, adaptability, problem solving, and critical thinking

  • Be Accountable, be solution oriented, and when issues arise, be able to roll up sleeves and tackle them with a 'get it done' attitude with a high level of ownership

  • Clear and concise writing ability in different communication mediums (email, formal client-facing documents, etc...)

  • The ability to cultivate relationships with clients

  • Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall SDLC methodologies
