Your tasks

• 
  Developing marketing campaign concepts for content marketing in close coorperation with stakeholders from strategy, marketing and our product line teams
• 
  Operation and control of international multichannel campaigns with a focus on direct marketing, SEA, display advertising and paid social ads
• 
  Development and operation of marketing automation logic along the customer life cycle
• 
  Continuous monitoring and optimization of campaigns based on relevant KPIs
• 
  Preparation and analysis of campaign results and providing regular reports
• 
  Identification of new potentials and target group segments through analysis and evaluation of customer data

Your qualifications

• 
  Degree in the field of communication, business administration, business/media informatics or a comparable qualification
• 
  Initial work experience, ideally in a tech environment would be an advantage
• 
  Initial experience in the use of campaign management or marketing automation software, Google Ads and Google Analytics
• 
  Technical affinity and a solution-oriented approach paired with an independent way of working
• 
  Excellent organizational, analytical and conceptual skills
• 
  Strong communication skills, intrinsic team play and a good sense of humor
• 
  Confident handling of MS Office, ideally experience with MS Dynamics
• 
  Very good knowledge of English, written and spoken; German, French, Spanish or Italian would be an advantage
