DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• 
  Coordination of the continuous improvement team.
  
• 
  Promotion of a culture of continuous improvement in the software development process.
  
• 
  Definition of methodologies and practical agile improvements, project management and quality assurance;
  
• 
  Support from development teams in the adoption of methodologies, practices and tools.
  
• 
  Monitoring the adoption of methodologies and good practices, and promoting improvements.
  
• 
  Project managers pool management to support other development teams.

REQUIREMENTS

• 
  Bachelor degree in Informatics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent.
  
• 
  Professional experience in the areas of information systems (minimum 6 years);
  
• 
  Previous experience as responsible for continuous improvement in software development (valued).
  
• 
  Experience in coordinating teams.
  
• 
  Knowledge of development methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban), respective roles, applicability criteria, tools and processes.
• 
  Experience in using and promoting the adoption of agile methodologies.
  
• 
  Experience in software development projects;
  
• 
  Knowledge and experience in continuous integration, continuous delivery, devops.
  
• 
  Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and practices.
  
• 
  Knowledge and experience in the test automation process and tools.
  
• 
  Knowledge of project management methodologies and practices.
  
• 
  Project Management Certification (valued).
  
• 
  Certification in Agile methodologies (valued).
  
• 
  Ability to analyze, with a critical and constructive spirit.
  
• 
  Good organizational skills, autonomy and proactivity.
  
• 
  Team spirit and good interpersonal communication.
  
• 
  Good knowledge of English.
  
• 
  Knowledge of Spanish (valued).
