DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

As a Junior DevOps Engineer, you will be driving the automation process CD/CI, improving or creating from scratch CI/CD pipelines to Cloud (Azure)

• 
  Automate existing deployment processes.
• 
  Building continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
• 
  Setting up new and/or support of existing infrastructure:
• 
  Provisioning automation, including cloud services.
• 
  Setting up monitoring and alerting systems.
• 
  Working with other Devops and developers in environment configuration issues

REQUIREMENTS

Work Experience:

• 
  1 years as software developer or sys-admin
  
• 1 year working experience with a major cloud provider (Azure preferred)
  
• 1 Experience as a Devops Engineer

Education:

• 
  Engineering degree or equivalent working experience.
• 
  Certifications in Azure or AWS would be a plus

Technical requirements:

• 
  Knowledge of software development methodologies
  
• Working with Unix/Linux administration (RHEL/CentOS is preferred)
  
• Working Experience with Kubernetes / Openshift
  
• Working Experience with script language: Python (Preferred) /JavaScript/PHP.
  
• Working experience with Code Repository software (GitHub / GitLab)
  
• Knowledge of Deployment Software is valued (SonarQube/Jenkins/Kiuwan)
  
• Some experience and understanding of the CI & CD processes (Jenkins / GoCd).
  
• Previous experience using Nexus to store artefacts is Valued
  
• Knowledge in Database PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cosmos and MongoDB (Preferred) is valued
  
• Experience with Ansible, Python, AngularJS or Java development is important
