We do this by connecting newcomers with locals living in the same city in language groups, where everyone can apply to learn and/or share their language and culture, and community-organized events.

We are currently in 23 cities and we are working to strengthen our presence internationally by making sure our franchisees have all the support they need to make their city more inclusive. That?s where you come in ? we are looking for a Social Franchising Manager to help us enhance our impact!

You are willing to take on the challenge of bringing SPEAK to 100 cities by 2025.

Job description ? what you will get to do:
Lead the replication of SPEAK at an international level, by generating and nurturing franchising leads;
Identify and manage the recruitment process of new SPEAK founders;
Do the onboarding and train new SPEAK founders on partnership management, marketing and community management;
Identify franchisees? needs and design resources and trainings to address them;
Develop and implement the support structure that allows franchisees to manage their community in the most effective and efficient way, improving performance on a city-level and attracting more founders;
Monitor and report progress towards the goals established for the SPEAK cities around the world, including social impact and financial metrics.

Main requirements:
Have at least 2 years of professional experience in project management, or other related fields;
Have a degree in Social Sciences, Business, Management, or Economics is a plus;
Fluent in Portuguese and English (other languages are definitely a plus);
Self-motivated and driven. For you, identifying problems is just the start ? what really drives you is coming up with solutions that will have an impact;
Passionate about community, sociable and easy-going. You enjoy speaking in public and you love engaging people;
Results-oriented and always deliver high-quality work on time;

What else do you need to know?
This is a mid-level position based in Lisbon or remote;
You will report to our COO;
You must be available to work 40 hours a week.
