You will be responsible for;

* Conducting employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
* Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
* Assist in the recruitment processes
* Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
* Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
* Undertake tasks around performance management
* Administer compensation and benefit plans
* Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
* Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
* Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
* Ensure compliance with labour regulations requirements

You must have;
* Proven experience as an HR Generalist
* Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
* Able to provide solutions and solve problems easily
* Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach
* Good knowledge of employment/labour law
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be an advantage (e.g. PeopleSoft, Workday etc)

Language ? English – Native or near-native, any other European language will be a big plus.
