France Titrisation is a Management Company dedicated to the French securitisation vehicles (Organismes de Titrisations). France Titrisation is fully owned by BNP Paribas Securities Services and is a part of the Corporate Trust Services Debt business line.

Your Main Activities Are

• As a member of France Titrisation team, you will be in charge of a portfolio of securitisation transactions:

  
  

  • Periodic operational and administrative management and first level controls:

    
    

    • Control and analyses of the loan or receivable portfolio (transaction?s active)

      
      

    • Management of financial flows and treasury

      
      

    • Calculation of the fees, interests and financial instruments exchanges (SWAP)

      
      

    • Accounting of the transaction (movements, controls and reconciliations)

      
      

  • Implication in the transaction modelling at closing:

    
    

    • Creation of the template for instructions and information to counterparts

      
      

    • Creation of accounting aggregates (provisions), plans and flows

      
      

    • Creation of transaction controls follow-up

      
      

  • Regulatory reporting:

    
    

    • Validation of annual and semi-annual reports for audit purpose

      
      

  • Periodical Reporting to economic actors:

    
    

    • Rating Agencies

      
      

    • Bloomberg, Reuters

      
      

    • Investors via France Titrisation website.

      
      

  • By the time and with experience, your participation to the business would evolve towards:

    
    

    • Second levels controls on the periodic treatments

      
      

    • Analyses on update on the transactions legal documentation with impact analyses on existing modelling

      
      

    • Full analyses and from scratch modelling on new transactions

      
      

Profile and Skills to Success

• Fluent in French and English, both mandatory

  
  

• College degree in relevant area for the role

  
  

• One or two years of professional experience in Securities Services will be a plus

  
  

• Accounting or Finance professional experience

  
  

• Advanced Excel skills

  
  

• Cash accountancy or previous experience in fund accounting will be a plus
