CM Main Responsibilities:

• Act as a key interface to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure all contractual obligations are met.

• Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, pricing sheets, customer contractual information sheets, audit reports, status reports, third-party product certifications, monthly reporting, and other documents.

• Build stakeholder relationships with new teams and maintain collaborative engagement across multiple organizations and establish expectations and rationale on deliverables.

• Runun post-ward program efforts, including order flow, billing and invoicing inquiries (monthly reporting), from start to completion, to meet contractual obligations.

Minimum qualifications:

• Experience in contract and program management in cloud computing or techncology.

• Ability to speak and write in English.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with public sector framework agreements.

• Experience in the business technology market as a Senior Contracts Manager, in SaaS, cloud computing, and/or emerging technologies.

• Cross-functional experience across engineering, sales, and marketing teams in cloud computing or related fields
