PMI is looking for a creative, fast learner and problem-solving oriented individual to fill our Intern role in the B2C & B2B Operations Department. We are looking for someone to work with B2C & B2B Operations Lead and Team, ensuring daily operations and supporting process improvement analysis, mainly related with Logistics.

I. DAILY OPERATIONS:

• Ensure critical logistics activities for the normal operation of Tabaqueira B2B Field Sales Force, such as planning marketing materials deliveries in Tabaqueira warehouses and Point of Sales, vendor management and communication flows.
  

II. PROCESS IMPLEMENTATION & IMPROVEMENT:

• Work together with the Team in the implementation of solid procedures to ensure time efficiency and cost reduction within Field Sales Force Logistics activities.
  
• Proactively propose and promote improvement plans.
• Be responsible for all business process related with PMI Lending service within B2C channels.
  

III. INFORMATION MANAGEMENT:

• Centralize, manage and share information needed to ensure alignment among internal stakeholder and Tabaqueira Field Sales Force;
• Act as point of contact between Tabaqueira Field Forces and B2C & B2B Operations Team, identifying and escalating business needs.

YOU HAVE

• Ddegree in Management, Economics or similar;
• Good Knowledge in Office tools (namely Excel & PowerPoint);
• Advanced level of English;
• Strong motivation for development and learning;
• Action Oriented, fast learner and Problem Solving attitude;
• Organizational and structuring skills.
