The Role

Prozis has a goal in mind: to deliver your orders in the shortest time and as efficiently as possible.

Do you think you can help us with that?

As a Support Technician in our Prozis Now team, your main role will be to provide 1st line support to our distribution centers, making sure everything runs smoothly.

As our Support Technician you will be responsible for the following topics:

• Provide 1st line support to the distribution centers who are using the our products;
• 
  Analyze the reported situations and forward them to the responsible team (2nd line) when needed;
• 
  Configure our product’s settings;
• 
  Control and validate operations.

You

You are an amazing professional, ideally with a technical IT course or with a degree in logistics and supply chain related fields. Apart from that, you should:

• Have good analysis and reporting skills;
• 
  Understand how the logistics world works;
• 
  Ability to work with MSOffice tools;
• 
  Ideally have previous experience in Jira, Routyn and SQL.
