Position Description:

We are looking for IT Production Consultant to join our amazing team.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• To be fully responsible for transverse file transfer platforms
• Installation, upgrades, maintenance of the platforms
• Production monitoring and resolution of technical incidents
• Administration of internal and external data transfers, in connection to various partners
• Customer support for the implementation of transfers, with support to the client for the resolution of application incidents
• Support file transfer for production, prioritizing activities
• Construction of scripts and follow-up of file transfers execution
• Application monitoring and reporting
• Analyze and prepare accurate documentation for production.
• Incident, Problem and Change Management support, in an enterprise environment, providing 3rd level support
• Improvement and extension of operational system stability and performance
• Creation and improvement of operational guidelines, implementation guidelines and work instructions and necessary documentation
• Implementation of Standard Work Requests
• Very good troubleshooting skills
• Develops scripts for automation and batches, in close collaboration with development teams.
• Creates scripts according to internal.
• Ability to support and monitor services on production servers.
• Technical writing skills, to write the proper documentation according to internal regulations

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Common file transfer protocols knowledge: FTP, SFTP, PeSIT
• Stonebranch Universal Agent: UDM (Data Mover), UEM (Event Monitor), UCMD (Command Manager)
• Swift File-Act, Swift FIN financial protocols
• Axway Synchrony Platform: Gateway XFB, Integrator, PassPort, Sentinel, Composer, Interpel, CFT
• Construction and experience of Scripting Shell Unix and chains in JCL.
• Experience in Linux Admin services and tools.
• Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware and Cloud environments.
• ITIL / IPC knowledge.

• Scripting Perl, PHP, Python is a plus
• MQseries is a plus
• EGEN for job construction
• Technical knowledge in application servers as: Apache Tomcat, Apache HTTP, JBOSS
• Experience with the following technologies is an advantage: Network Knowledge (TCP/IP), Scripting (Shell, Perl, Powershell...), Nagios
• ServiceNow as advance user

• Able to work in a global team and in a multiple cultural environment
• Experience in working alongside internal and external providers, in an international context
• Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
• Proactivity and results orientation
• Strong tracking, coordination and planning skills
• Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Quick learner, motivated self-starter with a demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
• Flexibility in the working schedule is required (including overtime or weekend/holiday)
• On-call permanency could be required
• Ability to travel / ability to be relocated for short periods in other European countries
• English mandatory: C1 - Proficient user - Interview in English will be required
• French highly valued: B1 ? Intermediate
• Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
