ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Within the CIB pole of BNPP, Client Management Due Diligence teams (DD teams) are in charge of onboarding new clients efficiently and responsible for the recertification process for existing clients. The role of Lisbon Platform Due Diligence Project Manager Officer is to ensure that those Due Diligence teams across the platform have a consistent approach, ensures that the target operating model defined at Global level is implemented, monitor that production targets are reached and maintained in each country in line with central plan and monitors that quality targets are reached in each country.



Context

The bank has decided to develop a platform in Lisbon in order to support all EMEA DD teams. One of the main objectives will be to support the deployment of this platform (preparation, implementation, follow up) in Lisbon and liaise with the EMEA countries to ensure good communication and transition. To coordinate the deployment and maintenance of the platform, we need a dedicated person in charge of the follow-up, monitoring and coordination on behalf Lisbon platform DD Management.



Main missions


  • Prepare, monitor and follow up the different waves of deployment of the Lisbon platform on EMEA countries (communication to all stakeholders, follow up on recruitment, follow up on training plan and resources ramp up, liaise with facilities and IT teams, coordinate and maintain proper documentation (SLA, BCP, OPC)

  • Monitor Production: monitor capacity, volumes and quality, monitor training and SOP, define and prepare KPIs to report to the management, build pipeline levelling

  • Coordinate the implementation and deployment of Target Operating Model defined by central teams at local level (including policies, SOP, processes and IT deployment)

  • Gather feedback from team on existing set up and tools: business and tools requirements/enhancements and liaise with central teams

  • Work on new tools implementation such as Fenergo, Welcome App? (and new ones to be deployed), attend the related workshops, development sessions, raise issues, follow-up on the usage and make sure the guidelines and the ramp up usage are followed, work closely with the Support and the Implementation team

  • Follow-up on service providers such as Altares, Orbis and others, regarding accesses, development and usage

  • Implement KPIs and follow-up within the Passport and Reliance new processes implementation

  • Support the BGC/BGDO implementation

  • Help in the creation of KQI (in coordination with the SKYCO tower)

  • Assist the Lisbon Platform Management when required on topics such as KPIs, process and procedure implementation, governance


PROFILE



  • Experience in Project Management and Consulting (preferred)
  • Academic background in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Business Management
  • Knowledge in Compliance - Know Your Client ? KYC (preferred)

  • Good knowledge of Office Package, namely in Excel

  • Ability to develop and adapt a process
  • Ability to set up relevant performance indicators
