As a Sales & Customer Service Intern you will join the Porto team for the sales of our language courses abroad. You will operate in a truly international environment with a young and dynamic team. This is a great opportunity to further develop your skills, take ownership and share your ideas within a global network of like-minded individuals.
The internship has a duration of 3 months starting asap before April 1st, 2021. This is a non-paid internship.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Talk with future students to clarify doubts about our language & study programs and destinations
• Organize students' travel information and coordinate with schools abroad
• Support the sales team in all the sales admin
• Organize student predeparture meetings, both online and offline

Requirements

• Full fluency in Portuguese
• Fluency in English
• International experience (study/work) preferred
• Enthusiastic and creative
• Sales oriented and target driven
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and great team spirit

• Strong communication skills
