About the job


The Reporting & Services Lisbon platform is a key component of the CIB Global Human Resources setup. Our mission is to support the Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) HR activities through administration roles & processes monitoring, permanent and adhoc reporting with in addition any new processes not already covered by another team. Our main challenge is to set up strong processes with high-end data quality while keeping flexible and open services for the largest set of demanding clients.



Your Main Activities Are


  • Manage HR Certification campaigns in CIB and assist Users from end to end


  • Responsible for the setup of communications, documentation and training materials


  • Provide direct support to the different stakeholders involved (local HR?s, employees, Compliance)


  • Report the results to HR Management


  • Develop campaigns KPI?s in BNP tools


  • Provide support to SPEAR (internal HR platform of BNP Paribas) users


  • Setup and follow up of projects from the specifications up to the go live


  • Develop and enhance the current processes & services, proposing improvements to better serve our clients


Profile and Skills to Success


  • University degree in Management/Finance/HR or similar area


  • Reporting/consolidation experience in a Finance environment is a strong plus


  • Management of large databases is mandatory


  • Experience in managing multiple projects with consistent quality and timely delivery is a strong plus


  • Systems administration & support is mandatory


  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint etc.) package advanced level is mandatory


  • Skilled relationship builder - ability to work with different stakeholders


  • Strong Team Spirit


  • Innovation and creativity


  • Results and delivery focus especially during change with customer satisfaction in mind


  • Capacity to manage priorities


  • Communication


  • Sense of confidentiality


  • Fluent in English, French recommended
