InnoWave is looking for a* System Administrator/IT Support to collaborate with our teams, who will provide technical assistance.

We are looking for a dynamic, agile person, good communication skills, high work capacity and a great desire to learn.

We have an urgent need since we are entering a phase of accelerated growth.

System Administrator / IT Support (M/F)*

Responsibilities

• Respond to queries via email, phone, or chat
• Provide technical assistance regarding the software and IoT devices
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems
• Linux based systems administration
• System configuration and set up
• Support the implementation and deployment of new solutions and applications
• Define procedures and perform reports that provide technical support

Skills

• Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Knowledge of computer networks
• Experience with Linux
• Experience with Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience as system admin
• Analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutions
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent capacity to work autonomously or integrated in a team
• Proactivity and ability to adapt in a context in which priorities often change
• Developed sense of responsibility, oriented to customer solutions and associated improvements
• Fluent in English – written and spoken (mandatory)
