The Junior Cash Management Technical Officer Provides clients with technical cash management support and the cash management department with general administrative support



Your Main Activities Are


  • Provide CIB Cash Management with general administrative support (liaison with L3 support departments)


  • Provide CIB Clients with Cash Management support:


    • Handle Cash Management product administration


      • Write fist drafts of cash-management contracts on the basis of local templates


      • Provide CSD Client Admin team with client conditions for account opening process when special conditions are granted


      • Ensure smooth installation of standard cash management solutions


    • Provide Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) clients with Cash Management support


      • Manage daily client technical requests about the e-Banking platform (Connexis) and other standard Client Management products.


      • Liaise with other internal parties for standard clients issues


Profile and Skills to Success


  • Bachelor degree


  • Up to two years of professional experience in Customer Service Desk, IT Support or Payments Back Office


  • IT affinity


  • Accurate & organised


  • Strong client orientation


  • Excellent communication skills


  • Ability to stand stress


  • Flexible attitude


  • Take initiative, propose & signal improvements/changes


  • Fluent in English and Dutch


  • Excellent MS Word, Outlook and Excel skills
