HR/Payroll Administrator Portugal (Part time) Full-time

About the role

What you need to know:

The part time Payroll/HR Administrator provides support to the HR Iberia Manager and specifically for Portugal HR matters by administering a variety of human resources activities: Payroll, HR policies, fringe benefits, reporting, recruiting support as well as to liaise with HR system and HR Shared Services.

Responsibilities:

· Payroll management: Validation of the monthly payroll

· Update timely and appropriate management of HR data in the HR system (Workday):

  • Submit at occurence Employees Data Changes input to HRSS that are not maintained through Direct Access
  • Execute the Weekly Pay Change Report from Workday and Collect Variables monthly for submission to payroll provider in agreed formats

· Support HR Statutory Reporting that is not provided by Payroll Vendor

· Support On - and Off Boarding HR Administration

· Liase with Finance on internal Post Payroll Processing

· Triage Employee Inquiries

· Coordinate Medical Appointments

· HR Record Keeping

· Link with Region HR on Payroll linked Inquiries, KPI?s monthly scorecard revisions

· Performs tasks relating to recruitment, talent management, performance management, compensation and/or benefits.

· Coordinates with HR Administrators and HR Professionals to ensure consistency in approach and compliance with firm-wide human resources programs and policies.

What we?re looking for:

· Part time schedule: 4 h/day (20h/week)

· Experience 3-5 Years minimum in Payroll in Portugal and/or Spain

· Human Resources or Business Administration university degree preferred

· Fluent in English and Spanish and Portuguese, at minimum Spanish and Portuguese (written & spoken)

· Knowledgable of other HR Admin areas

· Outgoing and entrepreneurial personality

· Result driven

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Negotiating, communications and presentations skills
