Junior Back Office Admin Full-time

The Junior Back Office Admin will be part of our customer facing teams, and its mission is to help our customers and our support teams by being responsible for administrative tasks associated with customer?s requests or specific programs offered by Pipedrive. These tasks may also represent some direct contact with customers.
Main responsibilities:

  • Process and track requests related to the Tell a Friend Program and act as a point of contact to internal teams to provide support regarding the delivery of physical and digital items. Manage and maintain stocks available. Work together with the Product Manager responsible for the program to identify areas of improvement.

  • Manage and respond to online reviews left by customers through online platforms.

  • Perform administrative tasks associated with sandbox accounts requested for development purposes.

  • Monitor and respond to NGOs and Startups requests for special trial periods or discounts in Pipedrive. Evaluate each case according to an approved matrix. Manage the communication with these customers and help convert them into full paying customers.

  • Manage customer complaints regarding inaccurate leads obtained through Prospector.

  • Monitor Support?s backlog and identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.
