What are we looking for?

Higher technical education (university level), preferably with experience in the technology industry;

> 1 year experience working as a Teams Admin related role;

> 3 years' experience in Service Management (ITIL processes) related role;

Knowledge of systems security, and mobility considerations;

Knowledge of any of the following technical areas: RTC/ UC, SharePoint, Exchange, other Microsoft Office 365 products;

Relevant experience in systems engineering and/or infrastructure.

Microsoft 365 Certified as Teams Administrator Associate would be a plus;

Lean/Agile Project Management;

Fluency in English.
