Worldwide, the Group has key positions in its three main activities: Domestic Markets and International Financial Services (whose retail-banking networks and financial services are covered by Retail Banking & Services) and Corporate & Institutional Banking, which servestwo client franchises: corporate clients and institutional investors. The Group helps all its clients (individuals, community associations, entrepreneurs, SMEs, corporate and institutional clients) to realise their projects through solutions spanning financing, investment, savings and protection insurance.

ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES

As a member of France Titrisation team, you will be in charge of a portfolio of securitisation transactions :

- Accountancy and first level controls

• Calculation of accrued amounts on Fees, Interests and Swaps amounts
• Creation and verification of the accounting events
• Accountancy controls: operational reconciliation and banking reconciliation

-Holding with the setup of the structuring

• Validation of the legal documentation for accounting principles and regulatory reporting
• Creation of Accountancy models under Excel and/or our dedicated SI (Odyssée).

- Regulatory Reporting

• Annual and semi-annual reports redaction ? main contact for Auditors
• Quarterly and Annual Reporting to Banque de France/European Central Bank
• Periodic reporting ?loan-by-loans? for European platform (EDW)
• Annual statistics for Autorité des Marchés Financiers ;

PROFILE

• Accountancy Degree
• Autonomy and organization skills with a good management of priorities
• Precision and reporting skills
• Ability to analyse a situation and suggest improvements or issue resolution
• Ability to communicate with clients and with external parties (Regulatory Entities, Auditors...)
• French knowledge (Fluent) - mostly written
• Microsoft pack office and more specifically the Excel?s advanced functions.
