Global Markets Project Management Officer Full-time

DRIVE is at the heart of Global Markets (GM) and Asset/Liability Management & Treasury (ALMT), contributing to alignment between Front Office and Functions, playing the role of the architects (end-to-end) of the Global Markets / ALMT Value Chain.


Within DRIVE, Project Managers work on projects ranging in terms of vertical (front-office to accounting) and transversal (across several FO business lines or users groups or locations/entities), especially on their implementation phase, ensuring that Governance, Transparency and Traceability are implemented for any project.


The DRIVE Project Management practice covers GM and ALMT business lines globally. The DRIVE PMO covers all projects managed by DRIVE PM worldwide.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Management of Key Processes: Lead & own the processes related to Budget Management, Demand Management, Management reporting, New joiners, Premises;

  • Quality Assurance: Quality check of the repository of Projects, Resources, Cost Centers, Budget, Forecast, Headcount Phasing; Control resources? allocation for projects; Ensure that Projects are properly initiated following the Prioritization Committee;

  • Maintenance of repositories: Projects, Resources, Cost Centers, Budget, Forecast, Headcount Phasing; Guidelines, Templates & Samples, Procedures; Project lifecycle; Standards & Guidelines for good Project and Program Management; DRIVE SharePoint;

  • Preparation of support decks: Project updates, project SteerCos, GM/ALMT Project Committee; Reporting on financial information such as return on investment;

  • Production of Management dashboards and reports: DRIVE Highlights and Newsletters; KPIs for the Prioritization Committee;

  • Support & Training: Onboarding of new joiners; Encourage and enforce the use of standards & processes;

  • Networking and Knowledge share initiatives: Promote a knowledge share culture by proposing new initiatives amongst the Project Management community; Be the bridge between functions and PMs whenever necessary to help solve day-to-day issues and to share the knowledge between the team.


PROFILE


  • Proactive mind-set, someone who enjoys coming up with solutions autonomously;

  • Automation skills, to continuously improve processes and tools;

  • Knowledge of portfolio and project methodology;

  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite, especially PowerPoint;

  • Great attention to details, precise and tidy;

  • Clear, concise, to-the-point communication;

  • Self-driven, comfortable operating with a large level of autonomy;

  • Ability to work well under short deadlines at times;

  • Solid work ethic and high level of motivation;

  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude;

  • Knowledge or desire to know more about SharePoint.
