Challenge:

Our client is passionate about technology and how it can improve their clients' businesses with a global service that sits at the intersection of marketing, consulting and data science.

Mission:

- Guide a group of 10 to 15 SEA consultants to success through strong moral, positive energy and a goal-oriented culture;

- Monitor and analyze performance plans and develop action plans when needed;

- Work with the SEA Expert to create a training journey and skill mapping for each consultant of your team;

- Improve the teamwork methodologies by creating tools/automation to save time on operational tasks (Excel, for example).

Profile:

- Native level of German and a minimum C1 of English;

- Bachelor or Masters degree in digital or marketing fields;

- At least 1 year experience in Search Engine Marketing (Google Ads) and in managing a consultant?s team.
