Responsibilities

The intern will be involved in drafting presentations, pitch books and memoranda, financial

modelling and other supporting activities in the execution of corporate finance transactions.

Typical outputs include:

• Financial analysis
  

• Strategic business analysis
  

• Detailed industry research
  

• Valuation Analysis
  

• Assist in the preparation of pitches and marketing materials.
  

Candidate Profile

• Strong academic history, Degree in Finance, Management and Economics areas
  

• Strong numerical and analytical skills, aptitude to think strategically.
  

• Autonomous and multi-tasking
  

• Capability to work under tight deadlines, excellent time management and
  

prioritization.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  

• Fluency in Portuguese and English
  

• Excellent skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
