Microsoft 365 Teams Service Manager Full-time

To reinforce our teams, we are recruiting a Microsoft 365 Teams Service Manager.


What profile are we looking for to join our team?


  • Higher technical education (university level), preferably with experience in the technology industry;

  • > 1 year experience working as a Teams Admin related role;

  • > 3 years' experience in Service Management (ITIL processes) related role;

  • Knowledge of systems security, and mobility considerations;

  • Knowledge of any of the following technical areas: RTC/ UC, SharePoint, Exchange, other Microsoft Office 365 products;

  • Relevant experience in systems engineering and/or infrastructure;

  • Good English level.


What will be your responsibilities and main challenges?


  • Support and improve the continuous technical assessment, administering and change of the MS Teams Admin, ensuring the setup delivers the business needs;

  • Deliver 3rd level support for technical troubleshooting and resolving required by end-users and internal customers;

  • Creation and Review of end-user documentation, supported by the communication team;

  • Design and conduct systems integration testing, component's integration testing and user acceptance testing;

  • Support all service change management efforts;

  • Implement and conduct Service Management processes according to ITIL;

  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient use of all involved resources.

This is a partially remote work position in Lisbon.
