Responsabilidades?


Unbabel is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can manage high-performing paid and organic B2B marketing campaigns to create qualified marketing leads for our Revenue team. We are looking for someone who has a deep knowledge of growth marketing techniques and tactics that include SEM and SEO strategies, hypothesis setting, execution, testing/experimentation, optimization and data analysis. In addition to managing paid and organic channels, our ideal candidate is someone who thrives doing A/B testing for landing pages, emails, ad copy, language, and messaging to improve overall conversion rate metrics. This position will report to the Head of Revenue Growth.
Location: We are primarily focused on hiring in San Francisco, New York City, Pittsburgh or London but will make exceptions in the case of exceptional talent based in other remote locations.
How you will make an impact


  • Driving performance acquisition and retention goals through paid and organic strategies.
    Having a deep understanding of paid media (SEM, display and paid social channels) including managing audiences, budget, and bidding strategies to maximize efficiency for paid programs.
    Analyzing organic search performance data and providing relevant insights and action plans around keywords, landing pages, content, and competition.
    Identifying the right mix of acquisition channels (SEM, SEO, content, video, web, etc.) and reviewing campaign performance to guide the strategy for ongoing lead generation programs.
    Developing clear messaging and creative briefs for paid ads strategy. Evaluate copy and creative execution and provide constructive feedback to design teams.
    Partnering with other marketing team members to build high-converting landing pages, ads and emails to promote various marketing programs like digital and live events and content.
    Managing our SEM and SEO vendor relationships.
    Adopting a ?no forms? conversion mindset to improve the customer experience.
    Analyzing our funnel (top-, middle- and bottom-of-the funnel) to understand how we can optimize program conversions.



Requisitos?


About you


  • 5+ years of experience with B2B growth or demand generation.
    Experience working at SaaS companies, with a focus on enterprise sales.
    Demonstrated track record of owning and running programs within multiple areas including paid acquisition, SEO, landing pages, email and content.
    The ability to get hands on with your tactics, but also scale through agencies as appropriate.
    Strong data analytics skills with experience generating hypotheses and running experiments across new and existing marketing channels.
    A playbook/roadmap of past experiments and best practices learned from past successes and misses.
    Worked closely with marketing, design and Revenue teams (sales, customer success, and partnerships) to inform and scale your paid and organic efforts.
    Demonstrated experience in defining, measuring, and communicating acquisition KPIs.
    A self-starter attitude who enjoys structuring and tackling challenging problems.
    Technical knowledge of implementation and tracking with technologies such as Google Suite (AdWords, Analytics, Sheets), Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Terminus, Drift, Clearbit, Salesforce and Pardot/HubSpot.
    Excellent project management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
    Strong communication & storytelling skills.
