The desired qualifications and skills are:

Degree in the Marketing & Communications area ou equivalent
Capacity for critical and strategic thinking
Mastery of creative writing (storytelling)
Clear and objective communication skills
Fondness for analysis and reporting
Ability to organize and plan events (physical and virtual)
Fluency in written and spoken English (preferred factor)
Capacity to build and manage budgets and relationship with suppliers
Resilience and easy adaptation to an accelerated work rate
Spirit of initiative and teamwork
