Would you like to gain knowledge into the value chain of an asset manager? We are now looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to support on website and online marketing related initiatives in our growing Institutional and Wholesale Distribution (IWD) organisation.

About this opportunity

Welcome to the Marketing Communication team. We add value by effectively handling the NAM IWD marketing activities globally. As an intern you?ll play a valuable role by contributing to our clients’ experience and to strategic projects in a growing, very multicultural and entrepreneurial environment.

What you?ll be doing (amongst others):

• Assist on regular updates of our online and mobile content
• Designing web articles, insights and pages
• Support in video editing
• Assist with our document management platform
• Generate statistics reports and perform analysis for digital-related activities
• Live digital events and webinar support
• Projects: research and assessment of new vendors and solutions
• Translation management

You?ll join a multi-skilled and multicultural team of communication professionals and will report directly to our Luxembourg based hub. The role is based in Lisbon.

• Have first class communication, organizational, time management and coordination skills
• Are a self-starter able to work independently in a growing and changing environment
• Are a team member with solid interpersonal skills: enthusiastic and positive personality, professionally curious, attentive to detail, motivated nature, easy to work with and collaborative
• English proficiency; knowledge of either Italian, Spanish or German would be considered as a plus
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud

Your experience and background:

• Currently enrolled in a school or university and able to sign an internship agreement with an educational institution
