Video editors work on a whole range of projects and campaigns with Mamma Marketing. You will be editing and creating videos for marketing campaigns, for websites, for advertisements, tutorial videos and much more.

We post videos, A/B test, track user actions and develop based on the data. Your videos will be mainly posted on YouTube as we can track YouTube videos in more detail along with optimising them for SEO. We also post on Tiktok, Instagram and Facebook for our own projects and client projects.

The role of a Video editor with Mamma Marketing

The job for now is to work 20-30 hours per week, which will turn into 40 hours in the near future. It will begin with two trial assignments. If successful, this is a long term opportunity with so much room for you to grow with a fast growing team.

If successful, you?ll first go through our proven training program and will then be jumping straight into the team. We?ll be creating video content for various projects for clients and internal projects/marketing campaigns. Your work and ideas will be much appreciated.

We're looking for a Video editor who is energetic, creative, open to critique and is a hardworking person.

- The role involves creating videos for marketing campaigns targeted at various industries, in several countries. We have a full service team of designers, marketers, developers, video editors, salespeople and more to work with on developing each project.

- You'll be involved in a lot of brainstorming with our sales and marketing team on how we can improve marketing campaigns based on open rates, click through rates and other tracking tools we use to analyse the results of ongoing campaigns.

- You'll be actively researching evolving trends in styles of videos, different effects, evolving trends on TikTok, Youtube, video advertising strategies, video marketing strategies and much, much more. We are working on a variety of different projects so you won?t be only working on one industry, you?ll be learning about several different industries.

- We're continuously brainstorming and coming up with sales and marketing ideas for various projects, internal and for clients. We always encourage creativity and new ideas!

Responsibilities and Requirements of Successful Applicants:

• The Successful applicant will be a self motivated, hard working, friendly and well rounded individual ready to represent our expanding company in the best way possible.

• The successful applicant will have a good level of English to communicate with the team. There are people who joined our team with a basic level of English and after a few months, their confidence grew while massively improving in speaking, reading, listening and writing in English.

Communication & Organisation

We communicate during the day using slack, email, phone calls, and then video calls when needed.

We have an organised and efficient system yet we're flexible and always open to new ideas on improving our system.

We're always learning how to develop our systems, managing projects and how to carry out tasks, with the goal of working together more effectively and enjoying what we do.

We encourage learning from our own or other people's mistakes.

Payment

The salary is dependent on your output, quality of work and experience. We pay at the end of each stage of the trial at first. If successful with the trial, we pay at the end of each week for the first month, and then bi-weekly in month two.
