Job description

In Visor.ai, we help big companies to automate interactions with their customers using Artificial Intelligence and Chatbots.

Founded in 2016, with very consistent growth over the years, we?re working with dozens of clients from different sectors like Banks, Insurance Companies, Utilities, Public Sector, Fast Moving Consumer Goods among others. Our team is based in Lisbon, Aveiro, and Madrid, and we are currently expanding to other countries.

We are in an intense growth phase, and we want to integrate a Sales Representative on our team. The primary mission will be to follow up on the commercial leads and generate business opportunities to achieve the defined commercial goals.

Growth

Reach a 1M ? in sales target by the end of 2021.

Business and Sales Strategy

Working directly with the CEO&Sales Director, helping to build the sales strategy in Europe;

Help the Marketing team to develop a lead generation strategy within the European market aligned with our growth goals;

Prepare and discuss customer tendencies, sales reports, and rival information while closely working with the CEO and company?s board and address performance issues;

Support the board in Sales Forecasting;

Create a robust pipeline strategic plan while meeting and surpassing sales goals;

Sales Operations

Gather, with clients and prospects, their needs, business priorities and goals and at the same time build a business relationship with them;

Work with the rest of Visor.ai teams to elaborate possible solutions to answer customer needs;

Handle web-based demos and create ways to promote customer acquisition;

Grow into a Company Enterprise Software specialist with in-depth Visor.ai products and services knowledge; Become an Enterprise Software Expert with in-depth domain knowledge of Visor.ai products and services;

Create processes to support and expand Visor.ai?s sales pipeline;

Help in the sales goals? definition with the leadership team.

Job requirements

Requirements

3 to 5 years of sales experience selling services and solutions for large corporate companies (e.g., bank and insurance field) permanently interacting with C-Level;

Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, analytical, and solution selling skills (from hundreds to millions of euros);

Proficient with web-based demo software and tools;

Established proficiency to build expandable sales models for B2B technology products and services that are consistently evolving;

Experience with outbound prospecting and organized follow-up processes, while managing full pipelines in CRM tools (like Hubspot);

High understanding of channel partnerships and strategic relationships;

Languages: Portuguese Native, Proficient Level in English (C1/C2), and intermediate Spanish Level (B2);

Ambitious with a sales hunter mindset, passionate for technology, and committed to success;

Ability to travel when needed.
