Position Description:

We?re currently hiring a Project Manager for our amazing team.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Review each tool, understand the vendors set up as well an integration and flows in between client and the tool
• Make sure all our tools are integrated within IT lifecycle - Identify Structural Risk, Security requirements. Set mitigation & control plan, including formalization of relationships with vendors, with our Internal IT teams, review of processes and creation of follow up files (for Qualys scans, for example), reportings, ensuring high quality of deliverables;
• Regularize tools coordinating processes with IT teams, provide with IT compliant framework to on-board tools
• Identify Operational Risk and map the set up - Propose enhancements on how to work with the tools, if needed
• Design and execute organisational improvements on specific tools.
• Support our Service teams in implementing improvements, to optimize their time and set better practices, if needed
• Evolve the toolsets and best practices and contribute to a better use within the team.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• MSc or BSc degree in IT, Engineering or a similar degree;
• Project Management Certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management is required;
• Experience working on projects involving Digital Marketing tools (website platform, mass mailing tool, etc) is a plus
• Previous experience in a large-scale financial institution / company is appreciated.

• Proficient of project management methodologies and tools
  
• Knowledge of coding - HTML5, CSS3, PHP, JavaScript/JQuery, command lines
• Notions in IT Architecture & IT Security
• Appetite for Digital Marketing topics
• Real fluency in English
• Proficient command of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication;
• Highly organised and able to multi-task.
• Very good analytical, synthesizing skills
• Flexibility and attention to details
• Rigorous, autonomous and multi-tasking
• Capability to work under tight deadlines, excellent time management and prioritization

• Able to take on the Facilitator role, mobilising project contributors with ease;
• Energetic, proactive, determined, drives change, positive, goal-focused and consistent;
• Seek to achieve the objectives set within the defined timeframe, by acting with tenacity and by balancing costs and profits;
