The Procurement activity at Group Strategic Sourcing (at Group and Entity level) supports the Entities of BNP Paribas Group in the process of buying goods and services to get the best combination of quality, cost, risks and delivery time. Its mandate covers all the Group external expenses. The Procurement activity of BNP Paribas Group's main tasks are to meet the needs of the businesses/entities in terms of external spending while ensuring the best cost-quality-time for the Group, optimizing these external costs and guarantee the security of the supplier relationship.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


This position is part of the Purchasing Solutions & Digital department staffing, and will be responsible for streamlining and enhancing the overall real estate management processes of BNPP Group. Specifically, as a Functional analyst specialized in the SAP Flexible Real Estate module, your main responsibility will be to participate in the delivery of SAP RE-FX management solutions ensuring a smooth financial integration of these workflows with other processes by designing, maintaining and implementing systems and solutions aligned with the standard model of the BNPP Group.


As a Senior SAP Business Analyst, your main activities are to:


  • Provide consultancy on real estate process design and support migration/implementation of SAP-RE FX solutions;


  • Ensure proper functional analysis of different modules of the application (e.g. RE-FX; FI; PM;) in line with the Purchasing Solutions Core Model;


  • Plan and manage Application Assessment and Requirements activities, liaising with the business to capture their operational needs and propose the most adequate functional solution within SAP standards and respective Core Model;


  • Define Testing Strategy & Planning, providing Test Scenarios and follow up on testing activities;


  • Follow the release management calendar, identifying and monitoring interdependencies between various application implementation activities and performing the necessary planning follow-ups with IT development teams;


  • Accompany internal clients on the right use of the tool, including the production of the necessary technical documentation and conducting training sessions for end users;


  • Handle complex incident management ;


  • Contribute to "Role & Responsibility" Radar program by applying Quality & integrity criteria to his/her perimeter/scope of responsibility;


PROFILE


  • Education: Bachelor?s degree in information management / business intelligence / computer sciences / finance /economics / management or similar;


  • Professional experience: at least 10 years of experience as a functional consultant, preferably in SAP Functional Real Estate, supporting ERP implementation projects;


  • Knowledge of SAP RE-FX is mandatory; Asset Accounting and Project Systems modules is a plus;


  • SAP certification is a strong plus;


  • Proficiency in Office tools Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio) is mandatory;


  • Strong knowledge of SAP Real Estate in projects and maintenance activities, including, but not limited to: rental objects; rent adjustmens; business partners; service charge settlement; among others;


  • Good design skills with strong business process knowledge;


  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms and to report to management


  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;


  • Strong customer centricity allied with the ability to remain focused on the achievement of the organizational goals;


  • Ability to integrate a large and diverse multicultural environment and promote a strong team spirit;


  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and with international locations;


  • Knowledge of foreign languages : English (B2 Level, CECRL certificate) and French (B2 Level, CECRL certificate) is mandatory;
