The Role

We are a tech start-up and consultancy in the construction industry and we think businesses have their marketing all wrong. They are boring, uninformative and just plain cheesy. We want someone to join our team who really wants to break all the rules and tell stories in a highly impactful way.

You will be the first person in our "Laminar Studios" and as such we are looking for an all round film maker who seeks to really understand and craft the story, plan and budget the production and then execute the filming, editing and post production.

This role has a high degree of autonomy and you really need to be able to be both hands on and strategic in setting everything up.

We are not just reinventing the construction industry but also reinventing what a business is and how it tells it's stories to the world through hilarious, philosophical and touching film.

We are a Construction Consultancy & Tech Startup Hybrid! We help construction projects optimise their project management as a consultancy and then we use our revenues to develop our own software products which are going to change the face of the construction industry.
