HR Admin Full-time

Job Summary

The job is based in Portugal - Lisbon, Amadora (working for Portugal and Spain)


The HR Admin is in charge of all admin work for Spain and Portugal under the responsibility of the HR Business Partner based in Spain.

In collaboration with the HRBP you have the responsibility to deploy in Portugal and in Spain the HR group policy and to support the business objectives.

You will support the Portuguese and Spanish associates in their professional life in the company.


Your Responsabilities

  • Provide data to outsourced Payroll in Portugal and Spain

  • Manage Time tracking, Holidays & Absenteeism reports for both countries

  • Update the HRIS Workday (Hirings, mobilities, exits?) & Intranet

  • Support H&S when needed

  • Put in place Training plan and organizing the training

  • Follow the car administrative tasks, Insurances (Life & Health)

  • Report the Public Admins mandatory

  • Make sure Labor and statutory requirement are in place

  • Take of Associates On Customers sites

  • Intranet (Portugal / Spain)

  • Ensure accuracy of Works Council Meeting and Preparation

  • Support Associates Recruitment of low profile non-English speaking

  • Drive project on improving the processes to increase the efficiency of the HR work in Spain and Portugal

Your Profile

  • HR Degree

  • 2-3 years? experience in HR admin

  • Experience in Portuguese and Spanish RH admin/payroll

  • HR experience in a multinational environment is an advantage

  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence people at all levels

  • Time management and prioritization, able to multi-task

  • Pragmatic and flexible

  • Change management experience

  • Drive results, organized and persuasive

  • Strong expertise in Employment Law, HR policy and procedures,

  • Compensation and Benefits (payroll, taxes?)

  • Experience with various tools: HRIS (Workday), payroll, and Microsoft Office

  • Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish & English
