One of our Belgian customers is looking for Nurses for an exciting life project in The Nethelands.

Job discription:
Providing the residents with the right nursing care so that high-quality and optimal care is provided. We also work on a pleasant home feeling by providing a quiet and comfortable environment.
Working under the direction of a head nurse. In the absence of the head nurse, the nurse tNakes over responsibility for the proper functioning of the service.
Ensuring good information exchange with the members of the multidisciplinary team and ensures good contact with doctors and relatives of the residents.
Tasks towards the residents: Providing appropriate care and quality of life to the residents (physically and mentally); Observing, recognizing and recording the health status of the residents;
Guaranteeing daily personal hygiene; Supervising the physical comfort and safety of the residents; Provide medication;
Evaluate whether the care provided meets the needs of the residents and propose adjustments if necessary; Participate in a multidisciplinary meeting;
Provide good oral and written communication regarding day-to-day work;
Taking responsibility and helping colleagues in their department; Reporting in the electronic patient record;
Be able to respond quickly to the residents' sudden needs.

Several conditions:

EN Language level B2 + NL Language level B2+ (with state examen - DIPLOMA)

· Salary: 2.668 gross as a starter – 4.668 gross as a senior (2.160 netto – 3.197 netto);

· Direct work + learn dutch language intensive level;

· Only learn Dutch language - with state examen level (B2+) DIPLOMA;

· Registration in Professions in Individual Healthcare;

· Permanent contract direct with hospitals;

· Rent own house;
