Joining the Home channel team, you will work strategically across all our product portfolio to drive the volume, visibility & profitability of company brands in our major customers.


KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER ? MODERN TRADE


Your role:


  • You will create long term strategies with our customers to continuously improve share of shelf vs. competitors and to amplify impact of product visibility on consumers to meet volume, value and share targets.

  • You will develop a thorough understanding of key customers' needs and requirements to prepare customized solutions.

  • You will be implementing channel sales strategy.

  • You will provide Demand Planning and Customer Service with the best possible figures concerning forecast of your accounts in order to guarantee a smooth flow of goods and payments and to minimize complaints.

  • Cooperate with sales related departments in order to ensure customer needs and company requirements are met and to identify improvements in the processes.

  • You will ensure the implementation of marketing plans as per the strategy & guidelines set and agreed with Management; follow-up on implementation; and report back progress & any recommendations to change or amend.
  • Share knowledge and best practices in national and international forums.


To be successful in this role you?ll need:


  • Experience and knowledge of FMCG accounts/ Key account management (min 4 years as KAM).

  • Strategic problem-solving and collaboration for value, being able to gain internal alignment with different stakeholders.

  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills.

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to influence and engage different stakeholders.
  • Ability to process raw consumer information and data and translate it into actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in financial analysis, being able to identify profitable sales opportunities and the development of financially viable long-term key account plans.

  • Results oriented.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications, especially excel and powerpoint, as well as in SAP.

  • Good level of English.

  • Location: Lisbon or nearby based
