We are looking for a highly dedicated, super organized and flexible Luxury Rental Inventory Coordinator to join our fast-growing team either in Lisbon, Portugal or Banderas Bay, Mexico. If you love beautiful homes, like liaising with people on the phone, email and text, and are accustomed to using or learning a range of administrative programs and tools, you could be the person we seek. Full training, support and a lot of laughter are guaranteed to help the right person become a key rolein our luxury rental company with a big heart and even bigger ambitions. What you?ll do: ? Be the point of contact for the homeowners, property managers or administrators of all the rental homes in our portfolio. ? Softly negotiate our terms and agreements with homeowners where necessary, (with the support of senior management). ? Coordinate the onboarding procedures involved in adding new homes to our portfolio, liaising between homeowners, curators (home inspectors), copywriters, data entry staff and the sales team. ? Coordinate with the relevant Tripwix colleagues to ensure listing updates on rates, calendars, amenities, photography etc. happen in a timely manner. ? Be responsible for tracking and reporting on the progress of our inventory growth on multiple channels. ? Meet and exceed monthly on-boarding targets (as part of a team effort) ? Scout for new homes and support local ambassadors in their search for new inventory in our key destinations. ? General admin tasks. Creating online folders, saving photography in our archives, tracking task manager programs such as Trello, completing forms with relevant home information and managing a high degree of accuracy in relevant data entry tasks. etc. ? Represent Tripwix?s values in all that you do

Requisitos : ? 2+ years? experience in an administrative role, preferably for a travel-related company or a degree in a related field. ? An analytical mindset and high attention to detail. ? Strong communication skills. ? Fluency in English (our company language) and either Spanish or Portuguese (preferably all 3)
