The Customer Value Specialist is accountable for helping to shape and implement the base growth and retention strategy for their area, ensuring all customer interactions are relevant and build a broad and deep relationship with our customers.


Job Responsibility


  • Idealize and execute CVM commercial actions and digital campaigns that drive incremental customer value;

  • Establish the customer strategy based on specific need states;

  • Define the price of the products/propositions that will deliver against the developed segment (understanding economic patterns, market practices and competitor behaviors in the marketplace);

  • Assists in the development of a compelling and inspiring vision, strategy and ambition including experience, commercial and operational dimensions;
  • Develops a detailed understanding of the economics of the product/service/channel and uses this to drive commercial improvement;

  • Responsible for a clear lifecycle management approach, with appropriate campaign execution touchpoints and triggers;
  • Identifies areas of opportunity on customer experience and operational efficiency and recommends actions to drive performance and improvement;

  • Defends the best practices throughout the Squad/Team with focus on customer and brand experience;


Competencies


  • Bachelor?s or Master?s Degree (or equivalent) in quantitative fields like Economics, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or similar;

  • Experience of launching products and propositions in a technology based matrix organization

  • Passionate about Digital Marketing techniques and Agile methodologies

  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills (Ideally experience in commercial/new partnerships negotiations)

  • Deep understanding of managing complex roadmaps, associated budgets and other related resources

  • Experience in managing budgets, developing business cases and building strategies

  • Strong understanding of new ecosystem partnerships

  • Good communication and presentation skills
