Position Summary:

As a member of the Controlled Temperature Technologies (CTT) business unit, the associate commercial manager will play a pivotal role in delivering customer-centric growth strategies and experiences that will both delight our customers and achieve our growth targets.


Based the EMEA region, the associate commercial manager will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for the global go-to-market strategy, development, execution, and results across all channels and solution-based customer programs. The associate commercial management role is to support and execute tactics to achieve product revenue and goal targets. The ability to monitor, analyze, and respond to changes in business performance are essential. The position requires an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborate with multiple cross functional teams (service, quality, operations, engineering, supply chain, logistics and procurement).


A team-oriented approach with partnerships with commerical managment, product management, the regional sales team, internal channel management, and external channels are required to drive success.


Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:


  • Drive the cold storage portfolio positioning in the marketplace to achieve regional Business Unit revenue, profitability, and market share goals

  • Executes commercial tactics to accomplish growth targets

  • Creates sales and communication tools to enhance visibility and productivity

  • Creates and deliver training presentations on product, capabilities, applications, or competitive landscape

  • Drives growth and promotional initiatives with sale and channel partners

  • Develops and maintains metrics to highlight performance and gaps

  • Supports strategic marketing activities and planning

  • Collates voice of customer, market intelligence acquisition and reporting

  • Manages web and e-Commerce planning for specified products

  • Supports Product Vitality and Lifecycle management

  • Represents commercial deliverables in new product development

  • Communicates regional outlook need to supply chain for optimum product availability and inventory line

  • Creates sales and communication tools to enhance visibility and productivity


Experience Qualifications:


  • Degree in life sciences preferred

  • Business, marketing, finance, engineering background would be an asset

  • Strong skillset in project management and/or process improvement

  • Strong skillset in Microsoft Office, experience with Salesforce a plus

  • English speaking, bilingual language skills a plus

  • Demonstrates business acumen with analytical skills to draw conclusions and observations from sales and market trends

  • Demonstrates success in forming interdepartmental relationships

  • Demonstrates excellence in oral and written communications skills, training, and public speaking experience

  • Collaborative worker who embodies inclusiveness and fosters open dialogue

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to operate independently with initiative

  • Ability to travel when needed
