Our Exciting Opportunity!

We are looking for a Implementation Management engineer who will work in close relationship with the ASP Manager and Site Engineering assuring the support to all the activities associated with ASP?s (Authorized Service Providers) regarding their on-boarding, health & safety, quality assurance, training, performance and cost control. Will also actively participate in the pre-sales phase of all the commercial proposals to be delivered by the Build & Operate area, working with the CAST/Premium tool (cost and scoping tool).


You will


  • Managing all implementation services e.g. Site Acquisition, Civil Works, Installation, Integration services, etc

  • Interface to project and customers as well as other functions e.g. local distribution, Authorized Service Providers, SP?s occupational health & safety (OHS), sourcing, neighboring function involved in the rollout

  • Organize and coordinate activities (operation & maintenance, rollout)

  • Build OHS knowledge

  • Identify and drive improvements

  • Handle work orders and compensation

  • Manage technical acceptance procedures

  • Manage workforce

  • Participate in pre-sales activities supporting the answer to comercial proposals


To be successful in the role you must have


  • Technical Telecom, Electronics, or Computer Science Engineering major, preferably with a specialization in Management or Marketing

  • Microsoft Office application proficiency (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

  • Ability to communicate well in english, verbal and written

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Financial acumen as a plus

  • The will and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and learn, learn, learn!
