HR Admin_maternity leave replacement Full-time

We are a team of 50 who want to empower business people to take their life into their own hands again and build the tools they need for their jobs themselves. Tasks

We are hiring an HR Admin for a temporary maternity leave replacement in our office in Porto (Portugal). Your mission is to give support to our teams and future new-joiners in all HR admin procedures and requests. If you love providing the best employee experience, then this is the perfect role for you!

Your responsibilities

  • Admin (contracts, addendums, update files).

  • Payroll preparation (in partnership with our payroll partner).

  • Scheduling interviews and liaise with candidates.

  • Onboarding of new-joiners (schedule inductions, communication with accounting/payroll partners, insurances, medical exams and add new-joiners to internal files).

  • Finance (payments, get invoices, compile and send to our accounting partner).

  • Training (purchase tickets, update files, get invoices).

  • IT repairs (send hardware for repair when necessary).


Requirements

  • At least 2 years of work experience as an HR Admin.

  • Motivated to give the best experience to our internal team and potential new-joiners.

  • Experienced in processing absences maps and contract/fiscal changes to inform our payroll external partner.

  • Experienced in payments and purchases for HR (payroll, regular office payments, training tickets) and getting invoices.

  • Regular spreadsheets user.

  • Accomplished in adding clear value to HR and working autonomously in past positions.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

  • knowledgeable of legal and compliance requirements in HR.

  • Able communicator in Portuguese and English.
