Patient Solution Manager Derma Full-time

As Patient Solution Manager Derma you will be responsible for the strategy development and tactical implementation of marketing plans designed for EASI (Eczema + Skin Infections) in Iberia and Psoriasis for Portugal in order to achieve short term objectives in the market.

The position maybe based in Lisbon or Barcelona.

Your main tasks will include

  • Identify the potential of each product in the dermatology portfolio (and define the key differentiation and positioning strategies to maximize their profitability by proposing and implementing short / long action plans term.

  • Partner with the Patient Solution Manager of Psoriasis for Spain in ensuring brand alignment.

  • Organization of activities and key events for Psoriasis (in Portugal) and Atopic Dermatitis (Iberia).

  • Lead the creation of the Commercial Operations Plan for Spain and Portugal coordinating the multidisciplinary team (insights, digital, medical, Access etc) on the different therapeutic areas of dermatology he/she is the lead.

  • Taking into account the strategic priorities of the country, market conditions and product positioning, adapt and implement the marketing campaigns developed for each therapeutic area, analyzing business results and adjusting the strategy if necessary.

  • Create high-impact promotional and fully integrated Multi Channel Marketing campaigns, that supports and drives momentum of strategic brand objectives

  • Build and leverage effective relationships with key customers across all business segments (GP's, Patient Advocacy, etc.)

  • Partner with sales force and medical counterparts to ensure delivery of operating plan.

Requirements
  • University Degree (Health Science preferably) and Master MBA, Marketing or similar.

  • 3-5 years' of demonstrable experience in Marketing in the Pharma Industry focus on Primary Care, desirable in Dermatology with strong knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese Markets.

  • Strong transversal leadership and project management capabilities

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken), desirable Spanish

  • Digital mindset.
