As HR Ops Specialist you will work in a multinational group, have direct contact with different areas and responding to different queries. At the same time, you will be responsible to support new hires and

Main Responsibilities:

• Work together with the Legal department in all HR legal processes


• Support the HR BPs team in managing the annual performance evaluation and salary review process


• Lead internal and external audits


• Lead the New Hires administrative process and record all the data in the proper platforms/entities


• Employment contract management and renewals


• Compensation and benefits admin processes


• Legal support admin processes


• Manage all the administrative tasks (record keeping, absences and holidays, sick leaves, reports, insurances, health and safety)


• Proactively looking for solutions to deliver the best support to our OLXers

Requirements:

• +3 years directly related work experience


• Fluent in English and Portuguese - being able to work full time in English when needed


• Exceptional multitasking abilities and flexibility


• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills


• Someone who really enjoys working daily in a fast paced environment, enjoys work with autonomy and empowerment with minimal supervision


• Excellent knowledge of Portuguese employment legislation


• Degree/Master in Human Resources, Management or similar


• Solid MS Office knowledge


• Payroll experience will be considered a plus
