This is what you'll do:

• You are responsible for planning, analyzing, optimizing and growing our TV investments with a strong performance focus
• You take care of the strategic media planning, buying and optimization of our TV campaigns in close collaboration with our localized country teams and media agencies
• You make sure to steer our TV investments in-line with our business targets while identifying and testing new opportunities to further grow the channel
• You work closely with our internal marketing and creative teams to envision, develop, and execute creative ad strategies
• You have a very analytical mindset, know how to build upon A / B tests and have strong negotiation skills
• With your hands-on mentality, you deep dive into performance data to support optimization & growth, and actively drive the improvement of return on ads spend
• You will work with our in-house data scientists to evolve our attribution strategy to effectively measure the performance

This is what you'll bring to us:

• You have a degree in Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or have an equivalent form of education
• You show initiative, are reliable, ambitious and have strong analytical skills
• You have a quantitative mindset and desire to work with data in order to find answers
• You have good knowledge with the Office package and ideally you already have gained some experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, Facebook Ads, Affiliate Marketing or CRM
• It would be beneficial if you have already gained first-hand experience in the field of Performance Marketing or Data Analytics in the form of internships or as an employment
• Your strengths include team spirit and a sense of responsibility
• You are friendly, open and highly motivated to familiarize yourself with a complex subject area and are willing to contribute your multi-tasking talent
