Marketing and Communications Department is a dynamic business area with responsibility for leading BNP Paribas to become the number one brand in the Banking area. The Client Insight and Marketing Services team is now looking for a Webmaster (maternity cover) to join the global marketing and communications team


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Being responsible for the integration of content on the company's website

  • Being responsible for the integration and sending of emailing campaigns

  • Ensuring the content is (technically) optimized for SEO

  • Managing contribution requests in line with the contribution process

  • Maintaining up to date the contribution calendar

  • Optimizing content graphics for optimal page performance & UX (loading speed and mobile-friendly) on website and emailing

  • Maintaining consistency and accuracy in content, design, architecture and user journey

  • Ensuring presence of tags and tracking for measurement of site performance

  • Working with the Central Digital Marketing Team, IT teams, external developers and designers to identify new developments and ensure new CMS features are implemented

  • Contributing to the webmaster contribution guide in close collaboration with the Central Digital Marketing Team


PROFILE


The Webmaster should have 3-5 years of experience working in an agency or a Marketing team and be able to provide examples (ideally URLs) of their work.


The ideal candidate has excellent references who will attest to their teamwork skills, commitment, flexibility and sound work ethic. Other required competencies include:


  • Experience creating/editing web pages and templates on a standard CMS

  • Experience managing/creating/editing emailing campaigns on a standard emailing solution including:
    • Targeting (creation of the distribution list based on a brief from marketing)

    • Creation of new message or modification of templates

    • Test and (immediate or scheduled) sendings

  • Have a first experience with SEO (knowledge of H1, H2, Hn? tagging) and/OR UX Design
  • Excellent oral, written, cross functional and interpersonal communication skills that are appropriate for various levels, including management, staff, contractors and clients

  • Be curious, creative, rigorous, autonomous,

  • Great attention to detail, able to challenge a brief if not optimal for web/emailing publishing

  • Knowledge of previous experience in A/B testing or trigger based emailing campaigns is a ?plus?

  • Take initiative and get things done, in line with our clients' SLAs

  • A positive attitude to change and a desire to contribute to the team

  • Ability to look beyond boundaries of own job to support others

  • Be fluent in English
