We are looking for a Systems Administrator & Helpdesk Technician with flexibility, and a team player to integrate our Systems Team.

What We Value & What You Will Develop:

• Knowledge of Windows environments & Microsoft Office 365;


• Knowledge of Virtualized environments (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V);


• Solid knowledge of hardware systems;


• Assists software installations and upgrades;


• Resolution of daily tickets and incidents;


• Follow up the incidents until their resolution or their closing;

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Professional course or IT degree;


• Good skills in debugging issues (wifi, hardware, software);


• Ability to recognize, analyze and solve problems on time;


• Ability to communicate clearly;


• Ability to collaborate/ teamwork;


• Good English level (mandatory);
