Digital Silk is a US-based digital marketing agency and is seeking to hire a General Manager, with leadership skills and a strong personality, who will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space.

This is for full-time, remote work at home position. Our headquarters are in Miami, FL. We have team members all over the world and are seeking to hire TOP industry talent globally. This role reports directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:
Accountable for the performance and growth of the agency

Set up strategies and goals to grow the agency brand?s reputation, value and leads. Will have the support of the marketing team.

Create monthly reports with KPIs and report to the CEO

Ensure agency delivers to high standards

Be hands-on in helping the sales team with big pitches

Be hands-on with troubleshooting and resolving issues and creating positive outcomes

Requirements:
Effective, concise reliable management style: No excuse mentality. Get it done approach.

Does not let tasks or issues linger or drag on.

Proactive in setting up processes, standards and best approaches to ensure better performance

Must have digital agency experience

Strong knowledge of how to sell digital agency services

Proven experience in troubleshooting issues that come up in various phases of projects

Able to work ET hours. We are a US-based agency and service US-based companies.
